The UK Development Forums (UKDF) are a collaborative platform dedicated to supporting sustainable growth and development across four key regions: Cambridgeshire, Thames Valley, Greater Cheshire, and Norfolk & Suffolk. By bringing together stakeholders with a shared interest in planning and development, the UKDF acts as a strategic voice, championing practical solutions to planning challenges and advancing the efficient delivery of high-quality, sustainable housing and commercial development.
Chaired by The Rt Hon. Lord Lansley CBE, former Cabinet Minister and MP for South Cambridgeshire (1997–2015), the Forum provides informed leadership and expert advice, helping to shape the future of development in these dynamic regions.
With a strong focus on collaboration and outcomes, the UKDF is working to unlock the full potential for growth, innovation, and sustainability across some of the UK’s most rapidly evolving regional economies.
